Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, please get in touch with us at hello@tinymoonboutique.com.au

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of having received your order.

  • Items purchased within 14 days from date of receipt
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused with all original tags/labels attached
  • Due to hygiene reasons socks, feeding items and teething toys are not eligible for return
  • You will be responsible for covering the postage costs to send the items back to us
  • All sale items (excluding shoes) are final and cannot be accepted for return, exchange or credit note. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank, credit card company or Afterpay to process the refund. 

Please note we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, however will happily exchange for another size or item if we have the desired item in stock.
